The Dual Grip boning knife from Victorinox is designed for clean, precise work in professional use. The narrow blade, made in Switzerland, supports controlled cuts when boning and sits securely in the hand thanks to its stable connection to the handle. The ergonomically shaped two-component handle ensures a high level of comfort as well as reliable grip during use. In addition, the knife can be sterilised up to 100 °C and is NSF certified.
