Which payment methods do you offer?
Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The available payment methods are shown to you during the order process.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping costs a flat rate of CHF 7.90; from an order value of CHF 50.– it is free. In-stock items usually reach you within 1–2 working days. Details under “Payment & shipping”.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Can I have my order engraved?
For engravable products, engraving is free. You configure it directly on the product page via “Configure engraving”.
Can I return items?
Yes. Within 30 days of dispatch we take back unused items in their complete original packaging. Please announce the return in advance by email to info@inoxy.ch. Engraved or personalised items are excluded from return.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, at Swiss Watches Outlet – Lion Store, Denkmalstrasse 2, 6006 Lucerne (daily 09:00–19:30). Please wait until we have confirmed that your order is ready before collecting.
Is there a warranty?
The statutory provisions apply as well as – where available – the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. Victorinox).
