Payment & shipping
Payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value added tax, plus shipping costs. The prices displayed at the time of the order apply.
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- TWINT
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
Your payment is charged when the order is completed. The payment methods shown during the order process apply.
Delivery area
We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs
A flat rate of CHF 7.90 per order; from an order value of CHF 50.– we deliver free of shipping costs. The exact costs are shown to you during the order process.
Delivery time / availability
Availability is shown with the respective product:
- In stock – ready for immediate dispatch, delivery usually within 1–2 working days.
- In stock with engraving or personalisation – dispatch usually within 2–3 working days, as the item is first individually processed.
- Delivery time approx. 3–4 days – the item is available from the manufacturer or supplier and is reordered at short notice.
- Available from a date – an expected availability date according to the manufacturer’s information is stated with the product.
- On request – please contact us for the current delivery time.
For orders with different delivery times we ship, unless otherwise agreed, as soon as all items are available. Stated delivery times are guide values and non-binding.
Collection
You can also collect your order in person at:
Swiss Watches Outlet – Lion Store, Denkmalstrasse 2, 6006 Lucerne.
Opening hours: daily (7 days), 09:00–19:30.
