We receive data directly from you (e.g. when opening an account, placing an order or contacting us), automatically when you use our website (e.g. via cookies and similar technologies) and from service providers acting on our behalf.

We use your data to process orders, organise payments and shipping, manage your customer account, answer your enquiries, fulfil legal obligations, prevent misuse and fraud and – where permitted or with your consent – to inform you about offers and improve our shop. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in the respective message or by notifying info@inoxy.ch.

6. Disclosure to third parties / processors

To provide our services we use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf, in particular:

  • Shopify as the shop and hosting platform;
  • payment service providers for processing payments;
  • shipping service providers (e.g. Swiss Post) for delivery.

These service providers only receive the data they need to perform their task. Any further disclosure only takes place where we are legally required to do so.

7. Hosting by Shopify and international disclosure

Our shop is operated and hosted via the Shopify platform. In this context, data may also be transferred and processed outside Switzerland or the EEA – in particular to countries where Shopify and its service providers operate. We base such transfers on recognised safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) or on countries with an adequate level of data protection. Our offering is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from persons who are considered minors under the law of their country of residence. If a child has provided us with data without authorisation, please contact info@inoxy.ch – we will delete this data.

Our shop uses cookies and comparable technologies that are required for operation as well as – where permitted or with your consent – cookies for audience measurement and improving our offering. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser.
