Refund policy

In Switzerland, online purchases are not subject to any statutory right of withdrawal. However, it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase – which is why you can return items to us within 30 days of dispatch.

A short notice is enough

Before sending anything back, please let us know briefly by email at info@inoxy.ch, stating your order number, the item and the reason. We will then confirm the easiest return route. Please do not return anything unannounced – we cannot reliably allocate unannounced shipments.

In what condition?

We can take back unused items in their complete original packaging including accessories. A return is in particular not possible for:

  • engraved or personalised products – unless the workmanship was demonstrably faulty;
  • items that have already been used or show signs of use;
  • missing or damaged original packaging.

If something is wrong

Was your shipment damaged in transit, or did you receive an incorrect item or one you did not order at all? Then please contact us promptly at info@inoxy.ch – with the order number and, if possible, a photo. In such cases we will arrange a replacement and cover the return postage.

Who bears the costs?

If you return flawless goods of your own accord (for example because they do not suit you after all), the postage costs are at your expense. If the reason lies with us – incorrect delivery, inaccurate product information or an item not ordered – we cover them.

Refund

As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the purchase price, usually via the same method you used to pay. Additional costs already incurred (e.g. the original shipping costs) are excluded from the refund.
