Terms of service

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop inoxy.ch between Goozy AG (operator of the inoxy brand; hereinafter the “Seller”) and the customer.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory value added tax, plus shipping costs. The prices displayed at the time of the order apply. The accepted payment methods are shown to you during the order process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly designated as binding. Information on availability and delivery time can be found with the respective product and in the shipping terms.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.

6. Warranty / defects

The statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) apply. Obvious defects must be reported within a reasonable period after receipt. Where manufacturers grant their own warranties for their products (e.g. Victorinox), these apply in addition.

7. Product information and reservation of error

We maintain the product information (descriptions, technical data, images, availability and prices) with great care. Nevertheless, individual details may be incorrect, incomplete or not up to date. Such details are non-binding and do not constitute warranted characteristics. We accept no liability for errors in the product information to the extent permitted by law. In the case of obvious errors (in particular price or description errors) we are entitled to withdraw from the contract; payments already made will be refunded in this case.

8. Liability

The Seller is liable for damages only in the event of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Küssnacht am Rigi (SZ).
